Processing Times
Coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Retail orders leave our roastery within 2–4 business days of roasting. Wholesale and green coffee shipments are scheduled with your account contact.
Domestic Delivery (Rwanda)
Kigali deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days. Other provinces typically take 2–4 business days. Free delivery on retail orders over the published threshold.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide by express courier for sample and retail volumes, and by air or sea freight for wholesale lots. Transit times range from 3–7 days by courier to 3–6 weeks by sea.
Duties, Taxes & Documentation
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Full export documentation, including phytosanitary and certificate of origin paperwork, is prepared for every commercial shipment.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected. For freight shipments, your account contact shares the bill of lading and vessel or flight schedule.
